Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.  Instant download items don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact KSTAR Designs about any problems with your order.

There are two kinds of digital purchases: 

• Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you. 

• Made-to-order downloads: Digital items that KSTAR Designs will make design to your specifications after you purchase. The KStar will send your files to you once we have completed. 

  
  

When will I receive my digital made to order design file?

The delivery window for made-to-order digital items depends on the KSTAR Designs and staff availability. Please coordinate with the KSTAR Designs via email (support@KstarDesigns.com to establish the completion time for your order. 

Once the KSTAR Designs finishes your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file.

I am having trouble downloading files?

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again. If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact KSTAR Designs via email (support@KstarDesigns.com ) for further assistance.

I want a refund or want to cancel my digital item

On the item page for a digital listing, you will see that digital listings are not able to be returned or canceled.
